Μάης 2014. Καιροί δίσεκτοι, θαμμένοι στην τέφρα. Κι ένας άλλος ΕπιτάφιοςΜάης –κοντά στη γενέθλια ημερομηνία ενός 27χρονου τότε ποιητή–, που θα σηματοδοτήσει τον Ποιητή μας, δυστυχώς ξανακούγεται επίκαιρος.
Μπορεί να ηχεί υπερβολικό. Αλλά ας το ξανασκεφτούμε:
Χιλιάδες άνθρωποι στον τόπο μας (αλλά και σε άλλους τόπους του προηγμένου Δυτικού πολιτισμένου κόσμου) ζουν κάτω από τα όρια της φτώχειας, και στην προσπάθειά τους να επιβιώσουν ποδοπατιούνται στις Λαϊκές Αγορές, όπου μοιράζεται το πρωτογενές πλεόνασμα της καπιταλιστικής μας ευμάρειας.
